PRIVACY POLICY

1. Personal Information

The game does not require an account, registration, login, or profile. The game does not collect personal information through its core gameplay.

2. Local Game Data

The game stores limited gameplay information locally on the user's device using Android SharedPreferences. This includes:

• Unlocked level
• Best star rating for each level
• Daily Grid completion state and total daily completions
• Sound-effects preference
• Haptic-feedback preference

This information is used only to restore game progress and settings on the same device.

3. Advertising and Analytics

The current game does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, Firebase analytics, social-login services, or cloud-storage services.

4. Internet and Network Access

Core gameplay is designed to work without an internet connection. The application manifest does not request the Android INTERNET permission.

5. Device Permissions

The game does not request camera, microphone, precise or approximate location, contacts, storage/media, notification, or vibration permissions. Haptic feedback uses Android's built-in view feedback mechanism and does not require a vibration permission.

6. Contact Us

The in-app Contact Us option can ask Android to open an installed email application addressed to dev@irzengineering.online. The game does not send the email itself and does not read the content of the user's email. Information a user voluntarily sends through their email application is handled by the user's chosen email provider and by IRZ ENGINEERING WORKS ( PRIVATE ) LIMITED only for responding to the support request.

7. Data Sharing

The game does not sell personal data and does not share gameplay progress with advertising or analytics providers because those services are not included in the current application.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Local game progress remains on the device until the user resets progress, clears the application's data, or uninstalls the application. The in-app Reset Progress option clears gameplay progress while preserving the user's sound and haptic preferences.

9. Children's Privacy

The game is a general-audience logic puzzle and does not knowingly request personal information from children through core gameplay. Parents or guardians may contact the developer if they have a privacy question.

10. Security

Local data is stored using standard Android application storage. No method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but the game minimizes data handling by keeping gameplay progress on the device and not operating an account or cloud system.

11. Policy Changes

This policy may be updated if the game's features or data practices change. Any future version that introduces advertising, analytics, online services, or additional permissions should update this policy accordingly.
